Board of Lancor Holdings recommends special dividend As on : 30-May-26  13:38

Lancor Holdings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 0.1 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
